Oysters by the Battery hosted by the PreserVISIONists

Join us atop the high Battery for this annual event hosted by the PreserVISIONist Membership group! Mix and mingle with others passionate about Charleston's preservation with unlimited oysters, chili, beer & wine, and live music. Back for by popular demand, Oliver Pluff will also offer a specialty hot beverage. Join us for Oysters by the Battery at the Foundation's headquarters, the Capt. James Missroon House, c.1808, on January 22, 2026!

Oysters by the Battery 2026, Thursday, January 22 from 5:30–8:00 pm.  $60 PreserVISIONist Members* | $75 Non-Members

All proceeds benefit the Foundation and its mission-driven work as we head into 2026. Join us for one of our favorite events of the year, and learn more about what we have planned for 2026. Tickets are all-inclusive (oysters, beverages, beer, wine, chili, and admission) and PreserVISIONist Members receive a discount JUST for being a member. This event is for our guests 21 and up, rain or shine. Tickets are required and available for purchase online.
