Family Day at the Aiken-Rhett House 2025

Don't miss one of our favorite events of the year! Back for the 4th year -join us at the Aiken-Rhett House Museum for Family Day on Saturday, October 4 from 3 to 6 pm. Tickets go on sale August 1!

Bring the whole family to the c.1820 Aiken-Rhett House and experience history in this engaging and interactive event designed for the whole family!  This family-friendly fundraiser offers something for everyone — all at the beautiful and uniquely preserved Aiken-Rhett House Museum, located on Charleston’s historic peninsula.

Adults (21+) can enjoy beer and wine, included with their ticket, while little ones (ages 4 and under) get in free.

All proceeds benefit Historic Charleston Foundation’s mission to preserve the city’s rich history and advocate for a thoughtful, sustainable future—including efforts surrounding historic homes, public spaces, and redevelopment across Charleston.
