Description

Murray Boulevard construction; view across mud flats, ca. 1909. Originally identified as Boulevard from Chisolm's Mill. (Chisolm's Mill was located at 200 Tradd Street and looked out over the marshes of the Ashley River; its main block extended to where the current Coast Guard Station is.)
