B&W photographic postcard featuring an array of five small photographs of the Rose Garden Hotel Court, a set of stand-alone buildings that was operated as a hotel/motel, located on the northwest corner of Mount Pleasant Street at King Street.

On verso: "A modern arrangement of rooms for the accommodation and convenience of Tourists. Daily and weekly rates. Established 1934."

Published by Hardy's Office Supply Company.

City Directory lists the address as 2112-16 Mt. Pleasant Street. Now the site of Joseph Floyd Manor.
