Nineteen B&W photographs of several buildings and scenes after the tornadoes of September 29, 1938.

a: View of St. Michael's Church after the first tornado of September 29, 1938, showing the damage done to the roof. Sires Lumber Company truck in foreground.

b: View of west on Broad Street (67 Broad and beyond) taken from the north side of the street. Features St. Michael's Church in the middle and 67 Broad and 73 Broad to its left.

c: View of the U.S. Custom House from near the corner of East Bay and Market Streets. A portion of a Market Street shed in foreground at fight. Numerous vehicles and pedestrians are in the street.

d: View of a badly damaged Market Street shed. Pile of debris and several individuals in front both observing the scene and looking through the debris.
