28 Coming Street (College of Charleston Sorority House)

B&W photograph of 28 Coming Street, one of the College of Charleston Sorority Houses.

The large 2½ story Charleston single house at 28 Coming Street sits on a fully raised brick basement with a double tiered piazza on the south side. Its closed gable front features a modified Venetian (Palladian) window. It bears striking similarities to the Scott House, at 38 Coming Street. (Poston, Buildings of Charleston.)
