Description

Two B&W Polaroid photographs of 181 East Bay Street:

a: Front (east) elevation.

b: South elevation showing the southeast corner of the building. At right is the edge of the neighboring building, 183 East Bay. Written on back: "Nothing of value inside but lovely stair and bannisters (sic) from 2nd floor to 4th - palladian window - all other wood work gone."

If address is correct, this building was demolished; the site is now a parking lot.

Photos dated 1/28/1963.

No property file or house history is on file. Twentieth century residents/occupants include 1910, residence of Henry Peterson; 1920, L.B. Bennett B & B Co./L.G. Fishburne/H.F.
