HCF Seeks an Administrative Coordinator

Historic Charleston Foundation is seeking an Administrative Coordinator.

Position Summary

The Administrative Coordinator provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship with the President & CEO. This position serves as a key liaison between the organization and the Board of Directors and lends support as needed to the Marketing and Development departments. The AC must enjoy working in an environment that is mission-driven and community oriented. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and will possess strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills. The ability to set priorities, work under pressure, produce results, meet deadlines, handle a wide variety of tasks and handle confidential matters with discretion is imperative.

Principal Responsibilities:



This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Benefits include Medical, Dental, HSA, Basic Life Insurance, Short-term and Long-term disability, 403(b) match, 15 days PTO, 12 Holidays, parking, 30% discount at our Foundation and Market Shops, and a Reciprocity pass for you and a guest to many historic sites and museums around Charleston. Salary commensurate with experience.
