Plantation Singers Celebration

Back by popular demand, The Plantation Singers are one of the Southeast’s most acclaimed a cappella and percussion singing groups. Be riveted with their energetic performances of Gullah spirituals and the sacred music of the sea islands of South Carolina in the Romanesque Revival building, c. 1892, of the Circular Congregational Church.

Spiritually Yours Celebration at First Baptist Church

Get on your feet with the return of The Spiritually Yours gospel choir performing Lowcountry music in the rich Gullah tradition! This performance will inspire as will the magnificent First Baptist Church, home of the earliest Baptist congregation in the South. It was designed by the first American-born professional architect, Charlestonian Robert Mills. He modestly stated, “The Baptist Church of Charleston exhibits the best specimen of correct taste in architecture in the city.”
