View from Chisolm's Mill [Murray Boulevard Construction]

Description

Extension of the seawall being built to create Murray Boulevard, ca. 1909. Originally identified as the "view from Chisolm's Mill." (Chisolm's Mill was located at 200 Tradd Street and looked out over the marshes of the Ashley River; its main block extended to where the current Coast Guard Station is.)
