32 Coming Street (now a College of Charleston Sorority House) under construction. Barrels and planks of wood in foreground. Man standing on piazza holding plans is presumably the builder, Mr. Zacharias. If the photo is correctly identified, this building was situated at the back of a deep lot. It is Colonial Revival in style, with front and side porches, 2nd-story bay, and hipped roof. Photo measures 9¾" x 8"; matted to a total dimension of approx. 14" x 11".
